We strive to process and dispatch orders from our Mermaid Beach warehouse within 1-2 business days.

• Estimated delivery times within Australia are typically between 2-8 business days. However, delivery times may vary based on factors such as order size, location, and stock availability.
• For wholesale orders shipped via sea freight, please anticipate a delivery timeframe of up to six to eight weeks. Should you require expedited delivery, we offer an air freight option at an additional unit cost.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information, enabling you to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Redelivery

At PIYO, every order is processed with precision and care. Nonetheless, if a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to address discrepancies, it's imperative that the address is accurate at time of order.

If a parcel requires redelivery, additional costs will apply. These fees are determined by the parcel's dimensions and weight, in accordance with the selected couriers current rates. For redelivery arrangements, kindly contact our support team.

Unreceived parcels

Your satisfaction is our priority. However, PIYO cannot be held accountable for packages lost due to address errors or those left unattended. While we will collaborate with the courier to address the situation, we cannot provide refunds for misplaced parcels attributable to customer errors.

International orders

PIYO does not cover exchange or return shipping costs for orders placed outside of Australia.

Customers are advised to be aware of any customs or import duties that may apply when the order reaches its destination country. PIYO is not responsible for any additional charges or delays caused by customs clearance processes.
