Returns period

You may return Products purchased through the Website within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

• The product packaging must be unopened;
• The product must remain in the original condition as at the time of purchase; and
• Written acknowledgment from a member of the team that your item(s) can be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Refunds

Upon successful return of the item(s) and after inspection to ensure they meet the return conditions, PIYO Pty Ltd may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund for the returned item(s). Please note, all refunds are processed to the original form of payment. Clearance and sale items are not eligible for return or refund. 

Return shipping

You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any return. PIYO Pty Ltd does not cover exchange or return shipping for international orders.
